About the Role:

Sr. Accounts & Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete accounting operations and bookkeeping in Tally (latest version).
Prepare and process invoices, track receivables & payables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Handle Payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related statutory payments.
File and maintain compliance for GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements.
Oversee ROC/MCA filings, statutory documentation, and coordination with auditors and consultants.
Conduct bank statement reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and inter-company accounts review.
Prepare and circulate MIS reports, financial summaries, and compliance trackers.
Support investor reporting, maintaining accurate compliance and financial records.
Coordinate with banks, statutory bodies, and other external agencies for compliance activities.
Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Handle general administrative and accounting support as part of the finance function.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in the latest version of Tally (mandatory).
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, MCA, and Payroll compliance.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Excellent command over MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office tools.

Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
