We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience and attention to detail.
· Prepare vouchers like Payment and Receipt Vouchers.
· Do real-time data entry in ERP and Tally and keep Tally ERP backup daily and safe.
· Handle daily bank reconciliation by downloading and matching bank statements.
· File all reconciled bank statements properly for records.
· Enter all sales and purchase transactions in Tally and ERP.
· Record sales returns in credit notes and purchase returns in debit notes.
· Check and post all entries with invoices and receipts attached.
· Prepare Payment Approval Notes (NFA) for regular payments.
· Ensure TDS and GST compliance while processing payments.
· Maintain accuracy and proper documentation in all financial records.
