Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Review accounts payable, receivable, and payroll entries for accuracy.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate and complete annual audits with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2.5 to 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ).
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
