Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  custom SQL queries

  (not tool-generated) to support business reporting needs.
• Work extensively with

  Amazon Redshift

  and

  Teradata

  for data modeling and transformation.
• Build and maintain

  dashboards and post-reporting

  using

  Power BI

  ,

  MicroStrategy

  , and

  Tableau

  .
• Analyze and visualize

  sales performance

  ,

  agent scorecards

  , and

  revenue metrics

  .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ramp up quickly on existing data models and reporting frameworks.
• Integrate

  AI-driven predictive analytics

  into reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure high data quality and performance.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift

• Proficiency in

  Teradata

  and advanced

  SQL coding

  (not just using visual tools).
• Experience with
