About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Apache Superset & SQL Expert with 1+ years of experience in the healthcare domain. You’ll be responsible for building insightful BI dashboards and maintaining complex data pipelines to support mission-critical analytics for healthcare operations and compliance reporting. You will also need to monitor performance, implement row-level security, and maintain a robust Superset configuration. Furthermore, translating clinical and operational requirements into meaningful visual stories will be essential in this position. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of domain experience in healthcare analytics or working with healthcare datasets such as EHR, claims, patient outcomes, etc. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Apache Superset in a production environment is required. Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, joins, aggregations, and complex transformations, is a must. Hands-on experience with data modeling and relational database design is also essential. A solid understanding of clinical terminology, healthcare KPIs, and reporting workflows is expected. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other SQL-based databases is necessary.
