Job Description

Act as a consultant to create vision at plant, segment and Area level.
Enabling all schaeffler Hosur employees to act as self responsible MOVE leader to identify the waste and defect in the process.
Eliminate or Reduce, waste & Defect by using MOVE tools and methods to satisfy internal and external customer.
Ensuring Implementation and Sustainability of all MOVE improvements through MOVE Review process

Your Qualifications

More than 3 years experience in Lean manufacturing and manufacturing areas.

Bachelor of mechanical engineering / MBA Operations

Expertise in all Lean methods and tools like-

1. Value stream

2. TPM

3. SMED

4. 5S

5. Swim lane

6. Flow production

7. Shop Floor and Office Floor management

8. Coaching

9. Problem solving

10. Process Vision

11. Standard Work Practises

12. Team leader development

13. MOVE train the trainer Program

14. Internal and external Logistics

15. Lean for Nonproduction areas etc,. Expertise in LEAN / SPS review methodology
