Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to create vision at plant, segment and Area level.
• Enabling all schaeffler Hosur employees to act as self responsible MOVE leader to identify the waste and defect in the process.
• Eliminate or Reduce, waste & Defect by using MOVE tools and methods to satisfy internal and external customer.
• Ensuring Implementation and Sustainability of all MOVE improvements through MOVE Review process
  

Your Qualifications

More than 3 years experience in Lean manufacturing and manufacturing areas.Bachelor of mechanical engineering / MBA OperationsExpertise in all Lean methods and tools like-

• Value stream
• TPM
• SMED
• 5S
• Swim lane
• Flow production
• Shop Floor and Office Floor management
• Coaching
• Problem solving
• Process Vision
• Standard Work Practises
• Team leader development
• MOVE train the trainer Program
• Internal and external Logistics
• Lean for Nonproduction areas etc,. Expertise in LEAN / SPS review methodology
