Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate training, deploy training sessions, and conduct workshops to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the assigned organization area. - Investigate and analyze function-specific data, prepare reports, correspondence, and statistics. - Train basic lean management methods in standardized training sessions. - Support SPS Professionals in preparing trainings and reviews. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of SPS and share best practices. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, suggesting improvements. Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate Degree in Engineering with 1 to 3 years of experience. OR - Vocationally trained in Technical field with 1 to 3 years of experience.
