Sponsorship Sales Manager

You will be joining a client-focused company dedicated to building and managing world-class talent, infrastructure, and content. As a one-stop agency for the development and management of a diverse portfolio of sports and entertainment properties, the company has a strong presence in sports and has expanded its services to include music, fashion, motion pictures, and performing arts. Unlike other agencies that work with established stars, our focus is on creating world-class talent. Your role will involve strategizing, planning, and implementing sponsorship and partner activities for the business. This includes developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve financial targets, building relationships, and staying informed about industry trends. Your responsibilities will include owning and exceeding annual sales targets across all events and properties, developing and executing strategic plans to expand the partner and client base, building strong customer relationships, understanding client objectives, communicating value propositions effectively, and staying updated on industry trends. You will also be responsible for setting up and leading the sales team, managing P&L across all events and properties, driving sales team targets, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and creating and executing partnership proposals and contracts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or Marketing, at least 4 years of experience in sports sponsorship sales, brand strategy and management skills, strong communication skills, sales expertise, experience in developing brand partnerships, a good understanding of brand positioning, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.,
