Job Description

Act as the primary administrative
point of contact
for the city/regional hub.
Coordinate effectively
with diverse internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) and external city stakeholders.
Resolve operational roadblocks and manage inter-departmental administrative requests.
Manage all
"Hub" requirements
, ensuring continuous operational readiness (e.g., facilities, local logistics, supplies).
Ensure smooth and efficient
daily administrative operations
for the entire city structure.
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations for office resources.
Process and manage all necessary
post-sales paperwork
, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Maintain confidential and highly organized
administrative records and filing systems
(digital and physical).
Handle professional communication, demonstrating
strong email skills
and clear etiquette.
Draft, proofread, and distribute official internal and external correspondence.
Provide direct administrative support to management (e.g., scheduling, travel coordination).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven background (e.g., 2+ years) in a demanding administrative or executive support role.
Proficient in standard office software (MS Office / Google Workspace).
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
