Conduct pre-formulation studies, including excipient compatibility and thermal analysis (DSC, TGA). Perform process optimization and scale-up studies for HME-based formulations. Prepare solid dispersions, amorphous systems, and evaluate physical and chemical stability. Perform solid-state characterization using tools such as XRPD, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and microscopy.
