Experience in independent planning and execution of experiments for multistep synthesis of complex organic molecules. Experience in independent interpretation of data from experiments and using it to make conclusions/decisions regarding the direction of future experimentation Comprehensive and state-of-the-art knowledge of modern synthetic methodologies as well as a basic understanding of organic reaction mechanisms and retrosynthesis.
