About the Role

The Global Mobility Compensation Analyst is key in guaranteeing precise and compliant compensation practices for international employees who have relocated across countries. 
This role focuses on compiling and managing all aspects of an employee's compensation in their new location, overseeing payroll processes, managing shadow and local payroll services, generating payroll instructions, preparing year-end statements, and offering specialized guidance on payroll-related issues. You will also manage communication with tax authorities, PF authorities and other key stakeholders

The Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT (PTRC & PTEC) & LWF;

• Sound knowledge on above statutory compliances (PAN India) preferably for a few selected locations (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Haryana & Hyderabad).
• Good exposures / awareness of the portals for the above statutory compliances and needful related activities.
• Enrolling new joiners, updating existing & other related details of the employees in the portal. 
• Filing ECR and preparation of challans in respect to the payroll data for the needful payment.
• Filing periodical returns for the above statutory compliances.
• Knowledge on activation / revoke of DSC / e-Sign on the PF portal.
• Knowledge on related compliances for IW (International Worker) under the EPF Act.
• Knowledge on the correction process of PF wrong contributions.
• Handling related employee grievances (seeding KYC, PF Transfer / withdrawal, changing / updating employee personal details etc.) and other clients queries.

Labour Compliance (As per Shop & Establishment Act);

• Ensure end-to-end compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Validating the Leave/Attendance data as shared by the client and preparing the leave/Attendance muster in a specific format as required for further compliance activities.
• -Co-ordinating with compliance partners to ensure monthly registers under various labour laws are prepared on time based on the above Leave/Attendance data and payroll data.
• Validating / Checking all Labour Compliance Monthly registers and closing the gaps (if any) in coordination with compliance partners and sharing the same to the clients with TAT.
• Support in preparation and submission of statutory returns and filings on behalf of the client with due coordination with clients and compliance partner.
• Support on labour compliance related audits and health checks.
• Monitor, interpret, and implement changes in labour legislations.
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance risks and mitigation.
• Liaise with compliance partner, labour authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Guide and mentor other colleagues on compliance related activities.
• Maintain Labour Compliance related MIS.

Labour Compliance under CLRA (Specific Requirement);

• Reviewing the validity of the contract/agreement between the Principal Employer and the Supplier.
• Support on preparing the monthly registers for the contractors & principal employer under CLRA.
• Support on filing the periodical returns under the CLRA Act.
• -Support on displaying the necessary Abstracts and Notices under the CLRA Act
• Support on review /audit of mandatory compliances under CLRA.
• Monitor, interpret, and implement changes under CLRA.

Requirements

• Must have operational knowledge of all laws and regulations applicable as a part of Statutory & Labour Compliances (under State and Central Acts).
• Should perform routine statutory work independently with little direct supervision.
• -Extensive understanding of Labor Law Compliances, policies, procedures and practices.
• Knowledge on handling the contractor compliance audit (End to End).
• Knowledge on registrations /amendments/ renewals / surrender processes of the licenses / certificates (PF, ESIC, PT, PTRC, PTEC & LWF) will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on handling related notices / inspections / hearing as initiated by the regulatory bodies under various labour legislations will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multi-task on a regular basis and handle number of matters simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal analytical and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent drafting skills for different project related work.
• Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex issues.
• Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.
