Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Specialist, combining in-office work in the Greater Delhi Area with flexibility for remote tasks. The Specialist will be responsible for researching and developing content, planning and executing strategies, and facilitating projects that align with HappinessCue's mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include curating reflective practices, collaborating with teams, ensuring alignment with brand values, analyzing impact metrics, and supporting organizational initiatives designed to enhance emotional wellness offerings. Qualifications Strong skills in Writing, Content Development, and Creative Thinking Experience with Strategy Planning, Research, and Project Coordination Understanding of Emotional Wellness, Mindfulness, and Self-Development concepts Collaboration, Communication, and Stakeholder Engagement skills Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid role with structure and accountability Proficiency in analyzing target audience and ensuring content alignment Experience in coaching or facilitation is a plus Educational background in Psychology, Wellness Studies, Communications, or a related field
