1 Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on designing and implementing sourcing processes that integrate effectively with new and existing sourcing technologies.
• Act as a bridge between design teams and technical stakeholders, ensuring that process improvements are both practical and technologically sound.
• Leverage industry knowledge and hands-on sourcing experience to recommend best-fit process “flavors” suited to our organizational needs and maturity.
• Advise on standing up sourcing processes for organizations at various stages of development, from startups with no existing tools to established enterprises seeking optimization.
• Communicate fluently using sourcing-specific terminology and concepts, guiding teams through the nuances of sourcing workflows and tool adoption.
• Assess current workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend scalable solutions that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sourcing processes and tools are user-friendly, compliant, and efficient.

2 Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing roles, with a solid understanding of end-to-end sourcing processes and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work with both process design and technical implementation teams.
• Experience in consulting, process improvement, or project management within sourcing or procurement functions is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex requirements in clear, actionable terms.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools, software solutions, and industry trends.
