Job Description

As a Specialist at Mastercard, your role will be within the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team under the Services department in Gurgaon. With 24 years of experience in Analytics, Marketing Science, or Data Science, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of A/B tests, campaign analytics, and test-control methodologies. Your deep-dive analysis on customer journeys, marketing funnels, and portfolio performance will be crucial in developing predictive models for segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies. Your thought leadership in marketing measurement and performance optimization will drive business impact through clear storytelling and stakeholder engagement. To qualify for this position, you should hold an undergraduate degree with 2-4 years of analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data science, specifically focusing on marketing analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS is required, along with a strong foundation in A/B testing, test-control analysis, and statistical modeling. Effective communication skills, experience with data visualization platforms, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in English and the local office language is necessary, along with eligibility to work in the country of application. Preferred qualifications include experience in digital marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or customer analytics. Exposure to GenAI tools and a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Marketing, or related fields are advantageous.
