Job Title: Specialist – Karadi Path Education CompanyAbout the Role

Karadi Path Education Company is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Specialist to implement its innovative English learning program in government schools. The Specialist will play a key role in training and supporting teachers, ensuring effective classroom delivery, and building strong relationships with education department officials for smooth program execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery & Training

Conduct engaging training sessions for government schoolteachers on the Karadi Path English program.Demonstrate effective use of the Karadi Path methodology to strengthen teachers’ classroom practices.

On-ground Support & Monitoring

Undertake regular school visits to monitor classroom sessions, observe program implementation, and provide constructive feedback.Ensure smooth and effective delivery of the program across assigned schools, resulting in measurable impact and positive feedback from stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, school authorities, and functionaries to ensure collaboration and program success.Support the Sales team by participating in presentations to teachers, educators, and decision-makers, advocating for innovative learning practices.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare timely reports and documentation to communicate project progress and outcomes to internal teams and partner organizations.Coordinate effectively with internal teams to align on program goals and resolve implementation challenges.

Candidate ProfileEssential Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields, with experience in teaching, teacher training, or educational program delivery.Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and the local/regional language.Prior experience in government or rural schools, social sector, or soft-skills training is highly desirable.Ability to manage projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and work independently with accountability.
