Karadi Path is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Leader to spearhead B2B school partnerships, lead high-performing sales teams, and drive strategic execution across the region.
* Lead sales operations and revenue targets.
* Build and mentor field sales teams; monitor performance benchmarks.
* Present to school leaders and close institutional deals.
* Coordinate implementation with training and operations teams.
* Analyse market trends, forecast performance, and take corrective action.
* Extensive travel across assigned region
* Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing; EdTech background preferred
* 10-15 years in institutional school sales with regional or national leadership experience
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Proficient in Business Intelligence, AI, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
* Strong understanding of regional school markets
