This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to work closely with the firm’s various businesses.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

You will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining our campus recruitment strategies for all our technology groups. You will engage with leading engineering colleges while working closely with key stakeholders to attract the right talent. You will be leading initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing while championing recruitment best practices within the team. You will have to update and monitor the online applicant tracking system for colleges/businesses and report on entry-level hiring statistics as requested. You will be planning and executing all on-campus recruitment activities, including presentations, office visits, networking events, interviews, and our campus engagement initiatives.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Basic qualifications:
  • Up to 2 years of prior recruiting experience in campus hiring or campus branding/engagement
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work among a diverse workforce at various organizational levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions within the team
Preferred qualifications:
  • The ability to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture
  • The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
