Marsh McLennan India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the NoidaThis is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Survey Administration (C1)
What can you expect?
The purpose of this role is to work independently, on routine work for markets. The key accountabilities of this role will be to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on client products and internal projects, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. The survey analyst will report to project/team manager and will be mentored by Operations leader
We will count on you for:
- Collecting, processing and analyzing data on compensation policies of companies from around the world
- Solving urgent ad hoc queries and analyzing data
- Analyzing client data for accuracy and completeness
- Generating data analysis and process statistical reports for publication. Update data collection and report materials
- Ability to Identify data gaps and trends on data and statistical reports respectively, providing recommendations to it. (Good to have Comp & Ben experience)
- Communicating with consultants regarding participation and data validation
- Owning the allocated activities of the project plan; coordinate tasks with other project stakeholders; communicate project status to internal/external groups; collaborate in discussions to solve moderate issues
- Preparing the documentation and regular updates of SOPs. Peer review all the survey work accordingly before releasing it to markets.
What you need to have:
- Graduate (any stream)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar kind of work, data analysis or related field preferred
- Good communications skills (verbal and written), problem solving skills,
- Good with MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, a natural affinity for working with data, and a focus on detail
