Specialist Software Engineer-Oracle HCM Technical

As a Specialist Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, you will be responsible for working on Oracle HCM Cloud projects with a focus on Core HR, Absences, and OTL modules. Your role will involve understanding the Oracle HCM Cloud data model, developing and configuring solutions for complex projects, and providing techno-functional consultancy to clients. You will also be expected to have good articulation skills for effective communication and documentation of technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model on Core HR, Absences, and OTL modules - Articulate and present solutions effectively in both verbal and written formats - Expertise in Core HR, Absences, and OTL processes, Oracle Data Model, and data flow - Proficiency in Oracle HCM SQLs, reports development (BIP & OTBI), and process notification creation using reports - Maintain detailed technical documents, troubleshoot issues, and provide support by raising SRs and coordinating with Oracle Qualifications Required: - 4 to 7 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with 2 end-to-end implementation projects - Techno-functional professional with industry best practices knowledge and the ability to work independently - Experience in Agile Methodology, Jira Board, and HCM Extracts is a plus - Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and client-facing experience are essential - Willingness to work in shifts if required in the future Note: This job opportunity requires expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
