You are an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 4 to 7 years of Oracle HCM cloud experience, and at least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences. As a Techno-functional professional, you possess a deep understanding of solutions and industry best practices. Your role involves effectively coordinating with clients and implementing multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. You are expected to operate independently and deliver quality work products to engagements. Your responsibilities include performing varied and complex tasks that require independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Additionally, you act as the Techno-functional consultant on Oracle HCM projects and consult effectively with management of customer organizations. You will also participate in business development activities and develop/configure detailed solutions for complex projects. Your expertise lies in the Oracle HCM Cloud data model, particularly on Core HR, Absences, and OTL modules. You are an expert in Oracle HCM SQLs and reports development, including BIP and OTBI. You have a good understanding of Core HR, Absences, and OTL processes, as well as expertise in Oracle Data Model and Data flow between various business processes related to Core HR, Absences, and OTL. Additionally, you have experience in process notification creation using reports and maintaining detailed technical documents. Your role involves raising SR, coordinating with Oracle on issue resolution, and assisting in the identification and resolution of complex reports. You are familiar with Agile Methodology of working and Jira Board. You possess in-depth knowledge of HCM Extracts and have completed at least 2 projects in the mandatory skills mentioned above as an independent contributor. Furthermore, you have expertise in client-facing roles and have interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
