You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in the digital landscape, utilizing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings and ensure unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the collection and recovery process of Credit Card, Personal and Business Loan Mortgage, and Current Accounts. - Understand workflows in the Collection and Recovery Process. - Perform reporting (slicing/dicing) of Collection Accounts on various parameters. - Utilize warehousing concepts and Data Modelling effectively. - Write Complex SQL Scripting for Data Profiling. **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of Debt Manager Software (CnR) and Tallyman Software. - Familiarity with JIRA Board (Agile way of working), Writing Stories, and Tracking. - Proficiency in Data Modelling Tools like Erwin/ ER Studio.
