Role Summary
Responsible for managing daily tax/insurance-related operations with precision and compliance. This role ensures alignment with federal regulations, investor guidelines, and company policies while supporting service level agreements (SLAs) and audit readiness. Plays a vital role in resolving escalations, monitoring vendor performance, and driving process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Maintain Workflow: Oversee daily workflows for hazard insurance, flood insurance, flood determinations, and loss draft claims to ensure timely and accurate processing. Maintains the investor approval process for tax payments.
