As an Pricing Analysis and Strategy Support specialist at Accelya, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Analyze pricing structures and recommend adjustments to align with market conditions, competitor offerings, and company goals. - Perform competitive pricing analysis and identify trends or changes in pricing strategies within the industry. - Support the development and optimization of pricing models based on customer segmentation, value proposition, and market demand. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data and market trends to understand price sensitivity, demand elasticity, and purchasing behavior. - Provide insights into how external factors (e.g., economic conditions, industry shifts) affect pricing strategies and recommend proactive adjustments. - Track customer feedback and sales performance to gauge the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend improvements. Furthermore, your role will require you to: - Monitor and report on key pricing metrics, including margin analysis, price realization, and revenue impact. - Collaborate with the finance team to evaluate the financial implications of pricing changes, including cost structure and profitability. - Develop and maintain dashboards to provide ongoing tracking of pricing performance and KPIs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on pricing tools and systems management, conduct profitability and cost analysis, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. - Advanced certifications in pricing, data analytics, or finance (e.g., Certified Pricing Professional (CPP), CFA) are a plus. Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a related field. - Experience with pricing strategies, market analysis, and financial modeling. - Familiarity with CRM and pricing management systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ tools, Excel, Tableau). Skills: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and financial modeling. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to various stakeholders. - Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.
