Job Description

Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and build data-driven solutions.Facilitate and manage improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other methodologies.Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and report on quality performance to senior management.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). to address systemic issues.Establish CTQs (Critical to Quality), track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure sustainability of improvements.Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and quality inspections systems aligned with industry standards and regulations.Build capability across the organization through training, coaching, and mentoring on continuous improvement tools.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational discipline.Critical Skills:Hands-on experience in advanced MS Excel & power point.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Skilled in identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve support quality.Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies.
