As a member of the InCred Capital technology team, your main focus will be to support the Service and Operations team by automating processes and enhancing overall efficiency within the business operations. Your contribution will be instrumental in eliminating manual tasks and enabling the business to expand smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up and administering CRM: You will collaborate with business users to comprehend their needs and implement them on the CRM platform. This will require a comprehensive understanding of the CRM product, close coordination with the CRM vendor, and the implementation partner. - Implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA): You will partner with the Operations team to identify areas where RPA can be applied to automate processes. Understanding the operational workflows and aligning them with the capabilities of the RPA tool will be crucial. Collaboration with the implementation partner will be essential for successful deployment. - Conducting Business Analysis: Beyond CRM and RPA, your role will involve delving into business processes, preparing requirement documents, and identifying technology solutions to address business challenges. You will be part of a team that not only identifies solutions but also ensures their successful implementation. Required Skills: - Proficiency in utilizing industry-leading CRM and RPA solutions. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders and document requirements. - Familiarity with Capital markets and investments would be advantageous. - Prior experience with the Zoho suite is a plus.
