Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the PCG division based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and will be expected to stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and client relationship management
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financial products and markets
  • Relevant experience in the Kolkata metropolitan area is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
