Job Description

The Global Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing email, forms, landing pages and automated marketing programs on the Marketo platform for driving marketing campaigns and tactics across different regions, globally. A Specialist in this role combines marketing expertise with technical skills to streamline marketing efforts, optimize customer engagement, and drive conversions across different regions using Marketo.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing Automation and is part of the Global Digital Production within the Cytiva Group Marketing Function located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
  • Developing Automated Campaigns : Collaborate with global marketers to create emails, forms, landing pages, and associated marketing automation logic, triggers, assets, and programs on the Marketo platform for both marketing and corporate campaigns worldwide. Assist in designing and optimizing workflows that effectively guide leads through the marketing funnel.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Compile comprehensive campaign reports and leverage your expertise to help campaign managers understand and implement best practices.
  • Database Management : Support campaign managers in organizing and segmenting customer data to ensure targeted messaging reaches the right audience at the right time. Maintain data cleanliness during the import of new data into the database and ensure automated programs accurately reflect this data on the automation platform.
  • Collaboration : Foster strong partnerships with marketing and marcom teams globally. Work cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, managers, and other stakeholders to lead various marketing initiatives, promoting and adhering to company brand standards and best practices. Advocate for the importance of digital marketing automation and good digital marketing practices.
Who you are:
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience working with Marketo platform. Experience working in a large global organization. Communicating and presenting online on a daily basis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Marketo - the marketing automation tool is a must. Familiarity with any other marketing automation software/tools is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Confident personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of the Biotechnology or Life Science business is preferred. Marketing-related university degree is preferred.
  • Flexibility: Willing to adjust some working hours to align with European/US partners.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Salesforce (SFDC) CRM
  • Vidyard, 6sense, Showpad marketing platforms
  • Kapost/Wrike content operations software
