Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Automation Executive for one of our US based client (remote working position). This role will focus on driving automation across marketing processes using HubSpot, Clay, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, and reporting ensuring efficiency, scalability, and ROI in all marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and lead management processes. Automate CRM enrichment, segmentation, and lead routing using HubSpot & Clay. Leverage AI tools (Canva, Gamma, Copy.ai, etc.) for content and campaign automation. Generate dashboards, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights. Explore and implement new AI-driven automation opportunities. Requirements: 3-5 years experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing. Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub. Familiarity with Clay, AI-based tools, and data-driven marketing. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
