Specialist - FP&A

As a Specialist FP&A at Medline Industries India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing financial decision support to senior management in the manufacturing FP&A domain. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze financial results, trends, and metrics of Medline's manufacturing plants across the Americas. You will collaborate with onshore teams to meet reporting deadlines, support new business initiatives, and contribute to major change management projects. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range plans, while driving process improvement and consistency across all US and Mexico plants. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics monthly for Medline's manufacturing plants - Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines in collaboration with the onshore team - Support new business initiatives, system integrations, and major change management projects - Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and Long-Range Plans - Conduct quarterly/monthly financial business reviews with the onshore team - Provide specialized expertise to drive process improvement and consistency across all plants - Offer function-relevant Finance expertise and assistance to the team as required - Respond accurately and promptly to queries from onshore business partners **Qualifications Required:** - At least 5 years of financial planning, management reporting, and/or analysis experience, preferably in a Manufacturing organization - Experience in working collaboratively in a global organization - Strong technical accounting skills with practical knowledge of financial accounting principles and standards - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) - Strong communication and influencing skills - Excellent analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset - Flexibility, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities - Knowledge of QAD/SAP, SAP S4 preferred,
