The

Manager to the Founders Office

is a key position that combines high-level administrative support with strategic project management. In this role, you will work directly with the founders to help manage their schedules, drive special projects, and support the smooth operation of the organization. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About You

  • MBA from tier 1 college or CA
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, team leadership, and management.
  • Lead and support special projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are executed successfully from start to finish.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the Founders Office.
  • Act as a liaison between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the founders on strategic initiatives, contributing ideas and managing key deliverables to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and provide recommendations for enhancing workflows and systems.
