Job Description

Location: Hybrid- Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune

Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality.
Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and manage delivery plans.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with Acentras delivery frameworks, governance models, and quality standards.
Support the VP in defining and executing technical and delivery strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and tools.
Manage and mentor a team of project managers, solution leads, and delivery staff.
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and client solutioning efforts.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.

Qualifications

18+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role.
Strong background in program/project management, preferably in the Healthcare IT domain.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex software implementations.
Experience working in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore).
Strong understanding of delivery metrics, estimation, and risk management.

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BE/B.Tech preferred). Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
