Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Project Lead at JLL's Project and Development Services in Chennai/India, you will be a key member of the team, working closely with project managers to ensure project success. You will take charge of small projects and support major ones, playing a crucial role in managing the organizational structure for each project. Your responsibilities will include attending project meetings, creating project reports, analyzing data, and managing project budgets efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of small projects and support major ones - Manage the organizational structure for each project - Attend project meetings and create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews - Forecast project expenditure and ensure effective management of project budgets - Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and requirements - Identify opportunities to introduce potential prospects to other business lines at JLL - Manage professional consultants for project design and documentation - Carry out contract administration of vendors in accordance with legal requirements - Identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate them - Maintain a strong focus on health & safety and sustainability in project delivery - Demonstrate a sense of urgency in problem-solving and implementing new strategies - Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively, and thrive under pressure Qualifications Required: - Degree in any property-related discipline - At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management - Tech-savvy and digitally enabled to drive the effective use of JLL technology platforms - Ability to promote open and constructive relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients Apply today to be part of a dynamic team at JLL and shape the future of real estate for a better world.,
