What this job involves:
As a Technical Due Diligence Specialist in the Development Advisory team, you will play a critical role in supporting technical due diligence reporting and advisory for developers, investors, and occupiers across multiple asset classes at both pre-investment and post-investment stages.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting regional Development Advisory (DA) teams with technical analysis, documentation, and report preparation.

Conducting techno-commercial reviews of construction and fit-out projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors throughout India.

Coordinating project activities from inception through data collection, site visits, report writing, internal and client discussions, submission, and supporting invoicing processes.

Managing records of project documentation and data using the DA SharePoint page.

Maintaining up-to-date summaries of contracts and invoicing for DA projects.

Assisting with market research and contributing to the firm s knowledge management system.

Reviewing statutory and technical project documents and providing strategic inputs based on defined scopes of work.

Supporting business development efforts as required, through documentation and tracking of client communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture preferred).

5-6 years of experience in a planning/project management role, preferably in construction contracting, design engineering, or a professional services firm.

Prior experience with technical due diligence and report writing is desirable.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
