As a Specialist at Apple Retail, your primary role is to build brand loyalty by providing exceptional service and creating owners of Apple products and services. Whether you choose to work full-time, part-time, or part-time temporary, you will have the opportunity to deliver a customer service experience that is unique to Apple. - Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on how to purchase products. - Stay up to date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes in the Product Zone. - Support peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assisting in providing ownership opportunities. - Maintain accuracy in tasks and follow guidance provided. - Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn. - Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store. - Ability to reliably attend work as scheduled in accordance with local laws and accommodations.
