Company Description RAAH - A New Hope Begins provides specialized counseling and education services for children with Behavioral, Emotional, and Psychological concerns. Our services cater to children with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and ADHD, offering them the special attention they need. In addition to educational support, we provide IQ, Personality, Career, and other psycho-educational assessments to holistically support each child's development. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for teaching and supporting middle school students with diverse disabilities. Daily tasks include developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), communicating regularly with parents and caregivers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support for each student’s unique needs. Qualifications Experience in Teaching, Special Education, and working with Middle School students Knowledge and experience in supporting students with Disabilities Effective Communication skills Patience, empathy, and a strong passion for working with children with special needs Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Teaching, or a related field Relevant certifications in Special Education Show more Show less
