Special Education Teacher

As a Special Education Teacher at KLAY Preschools and Daycare located in MCEHS Layout, Bengaluru, your role will involve working closely with neurodivergent children aged 2-6 years to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment. You will be responsible for implementing the curriculum and structured activities provided by the team to support each child's developmental goals. Your duties will include monitoring, documenting, and tracking the child's progress across developmental, behavioral, and academic domains. Collaboration with parents, therapists, specialists, and internal team members is essential to ensure alignment of goals and interventions. Additionally, you will need to adapt teaching methods and learning materials based on the individual needs of each child to maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Participation in team meetings, training sessions, and reviews will be necessary to support continuous improvement.
