As a strategic and data-driven CRM Manager & Communication Automation Specialist, you will lead customer lifecycle initiatives to enhance user engagement, retention, and conversion through effective CRM strategies. Your role will involve understanding customer behavior, segmentation, and performance marketing to deliver personalized, automated, and impactful customer journeys across various channels. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CRM workflows, drip automations, automation strategies, and communication campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention. Collaborating with marketing, admissions, and academic teams, you will optimize email journeys, lead nurturing sequences, push notifications, and student lifecycle campaigns. Analyzing CRM performance metrics to generate actionable insights for improving engagement, conversion, and overall user experience will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will manage CRM integrations with other platforms, ensure data hygiene and segmentation accuracy, support lead scoring and behavioral tracking mechanisms, and coordinate with design and content teams for campaign execution. Maintaining up-to-date documentation for all automation processes and configurations, staying informed about CRM trends, tools, and best practices, and troubleshooting any issues within CRM workflows are also part of your responsibilities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - 7-10 years of proven experience in CRM automation and campaign management, preferably in the education industry. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as NPF, Leadsquared, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent platforms. - Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and automation best practices. - Familiarity with email marketing platforms, A/B testing, and performance analytics. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus. - Basic working knowledge of agentic AI and generative AI would be a plus. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights. - Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving approach. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement real-time personalized experiences using Salesforce Personalization / Interaction Studio . Develop and manage campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, CloudPages , SMS, and Push channels. Build and optimize audience segments with Audience Builder , Data Extensions, and SQL queries. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Sales, Service, and Data Cloud for seamless customer experiences. Handle real-time data ingestion for personalized communications at scale. Apply behavioral tracking and AI decisioning for contextual and relevant content delivery. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing strategists, UI/UX designers, and developers.
