1. Special Educator (Special Education Teacher)
Purpose of Role: To provide tailored academic and developmental support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they meet their educational potential through individualized instruction.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Educator to join our team. You will be responsible for assessing student needs, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and adapting the general curriculum to accommodate various learning disabilities (including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other developmental delays). You will work closely with parents, general education teachers, and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment & Planning: Assess students’ skills to determine their needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with specific, measurable goals.
* Instruction: Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities; teach socially acceptable behavior and daily living skills.
* Curriculum Adaptation: Modify the general education curriculum for special-needs students based upon a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
* Collaboration: Meet with parents, counselors, and administrators to discuss student progress; co-teach with regular education teachers to support inclusion.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete student records, progress reports, and compliance with all state/federal regulations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
* Valid State/National Special Education Teaching License/Certification.

2. Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist)

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to help our clients participate fully in their daily lives. You will work with individuals who have conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling. Your focus will be on "occupations" of daily life—from self-care (dressing, eating) to school performance (handwriting, focus) and play.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluation: Assess clients’ physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to determine their functional levels and barriers to independence.
* Intervention: Develop therapeutic programs to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, hand-eye coordination, and daily living skills (ADLs).
* Sensory Integration: Design and implement sensory diets and environmental modifications to help clients regulate their sensory systems.
