Nutrimind Child Development Centre, Tripunithura, is dedicated to empowering children with autism, ADHD, and diverse learning needs through holistic, evidence-based interventions. We are expanding our team and inviting passionate educators to join us as Special Education Teachers.

📌 Position: Special Education Teacher

Location: Nutrimind Child Development Centre, Tripunithura, Kochi

Employment Type: Full-time

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s developmental needs.

• Use inclusive teaching strategies to support children with autism, ADHD, and other learning challenges.

• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and parents to ensure holistic progress.

• Create engaging, child-friendly classroom environments that encourage participation and confidence.

• Monitor and document each child’s progress, providing regular feedback to families.

• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

👩‍🏫 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (B. Ed /D. Ed in Special Education preferred).

• RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) certification is highly desirable.

• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly autism and ADHD.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
