Job Summary

The SPE-Policy Servicing role requires a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage policy servicing tasks efficiently. The candidate should possess strong skills in MS Office and English communication. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is advantageous. The role operates in a hybrid model with night shifts ensuring seamless policy management.


Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing tasks with precision and attention to detail ensuring all client requirements are met effectively.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively in English to liaise with clients and internal teams ensuring clear understanding and resolution of policy-related queries.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline policy servicing processes enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and insights contributing to strategic decision-making and policy improvements.
  • Ensure all policy servicing activities adhere to regulatory requirements maintaining the companys reputation and compliance standards.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on policy servicing activities supporting management in tracking progress and outcomes.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism ensuring a positive client experience and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Implement best practices in policy servicing to optimize workflow and reduce processing time benefiting both the company and clients.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks to maintain productivity and collaboration.
  • Participate in night shifts to ensure continuous policy servicing support meeting client needs across different time zones.
  • Leverage domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance policy servicing quality and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions sharing insights and suggestions for process improvements. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint to support policy servicing tasks.
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills both written and verbal to facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Possess knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance which is advantageous for understanding policy nuances and client requirements.
  • Show adaptability to hybrid work environments balancing remote and in-office responsibilities efficiently.
  • Display commitment to night shift schedules ensuring consistent support and service delivery.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach prioritizing client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance and company standards in all policy servicing activities.


Certifications Required

Certification in MS Office Suite or equivalent proficiency certification.
