Department: Sales Objective: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Personnel to drive the onboarding and engagement of mechanics. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring mechanics are proficient in using our company's app, understand the benefits of purchasing from us, and foster enduring relationships between mechanics and our company.
Key Responsibilities: Mechanic Outreach and Onboarding: Identify and engage potential mechanics. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate the advantages of our platform. Successfully onboard mechanics onto our company's app.
Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for mechanics on utilizing the app effectively. Provide ongoing support to mechanics, promptly addressing their queries and concerns. Sales and Promotion: Educate mechanics on our diverse range of auto spare parts, their suppliers, and competitive pricing. Promote the advantages of purchasing from our company, emphasizing quality assurance and efficient delivery. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with onboarded mechanics. Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand their evolving needs and concerns. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the auto spare parts market within city market Analyze the competitive landscape and devise strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future strategies. Provide valuable insights based on feedback from mechanics and market analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto spare parts industry. Experience in the lubricant industry or other auto parts categories with existing mechanic connections is advantageous. In-depth knowledge of the auto spare parts market in the region. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills. Extensive network in the auto spare parts industry within the region. Personal Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated. Capable of handling pressure and meeting sales targets. Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
