Job Description

Responsible for : 1. Appointment of Distributor (evaluation/approval). 2. Plan for potential development of opportunities. 3. Planning for Sales - Setting monthly/quarterly/annual plan with his team. 4. To meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgeted sales volumes. 5. Maintain overall financial discipline and control as per budgeted figure. 6. Fund monitoring & inventory management. 7. Network expansion (appointment of Distributors & retailers as per CSF targets) 8. Expand Primary & secondary sales distribution network through Sales - In Charges. 9. Forecasting Future Sales requirements so as to assist material planning. 10. Coordinate with SPD Stores & execution teams for order execution. 11. Monitoring Competition schemes, initiatives and accordingly planning & designing Sales schemes, activates in the identified markets. 12. Identify ways, means & mechanisms for long term growth opportunities. 13. Co-ordinate with channel financing team/banks to funds availability for channel partners 14. Build Brand equity through activities, sales promotions, advertising etc. 15. To keep sales team & channel partners motivated & commited towards achieving company goals. 16. Monitoring & upgradation of influncers (Mechanics & retailers) in loyalty programme. 17. Support New Product Development by Market Intelligence, Surveys, providing market brief and periodic customer feedback
