Spare Parts Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Spare Parts Manager to oversee the Jeep spare parts operations at our dealership. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure timely availability of genuine parts, maintain supplier relationships, and deliver excellent service to both internal (workshop) and external (retail) customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control Jeep spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and turnover.
• Coordinate with Jeep India (Mopar) for parts ordering, forecasting, and returns.
• Supervise daily operations of the parts department, including billing, issuance, and receipts.
• Liaise with the service team to ensure timely parts supply for workshop jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, purchase orders, and sales using DMS/ERP systems.
• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts to optimize stock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual parts sales targets.
• Monitor pricing, discounts, and warranty parts management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Automobile/Mechanical background preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts management (Jeep or premium brand preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts catalogues, DMS, and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in coordination with service and bodyshop departments.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
