We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Body Shop Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling vehicle damage assessments, service and mechanicals, repair estimates, insurance communication, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and assess vehicle damage, services and mechanicals
· Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software
· Communicate with insurance companies and get repair approvals
· Schedule and coordinate repairs with technicians
· Provide regular updates to customers
· Ensure customer satisfaction at vehicle pick-up
Requirements:
· Experience in a body shop or service advisor role
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Valid driver’s license
