Spare Parts Incharge ( Thodupuzha )

Job Purpose:

To efficiently manage the spare parts inventory, procurement, storage, and issuance, ensuring the availability of required parts to support smooth workshop and customer operations while minimizing excess stock and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of all spare parts.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of parts as per standards.
• Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
• Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs for timely ordering and replenishment of parts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
• Issuance & Documentation:
• Issue parts to the workshop and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain detailed records of all inward and outward stock movements.
• MIS Reporting:
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, consumption, and fast/slow-moving items.
• Monitor dead stock and take corrective actions.
• Customer Support (if applicable):
• Handle retail spare parts sales to customers.
• Provide estimates and part availability status to customers and advisors.
• Team Management:
• Supervise and guide parts assistants or storekeepers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety norms in the parts department.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure timely parts availability for jobs.
• Liaise with finance for billing, purchase orders, and vendor payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
