Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum

  5 years

  of proven experience managing spare parts for

  Sidel

  Water Systems

  Sacmi

  machinery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components used in high-speed manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or CMMS).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the spare parts inventory for high-speed production lines in the beverage, dairy, and plastic sectors.
• Identify, source, and procure spare parts for

  equipment.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by forecasting usage patterns and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all spare parts using inventory management systems (ERP, CMMS, or SAP).
• Liaise with OEMs, local suppliers, and international vendors to obtain competitive pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to understand part requirements and prioritize orders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for spare part availability, procurement lead time, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of parts to prevent damage and misplacement.
• Develop and implement best practices for inventory control, reorder points, and stock auditing.
• Support audits and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
