Job Summary The Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all technical operations related to beverage production processes. This includes managing the syrup room, water treatment plant, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) stations to ensure efficient, hygienic, and high-quality production aligned with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Qualifications 5+ years of experience within a similar role - experience within a beverage manufacturing company is mandatory Bachelors degree in chemistry, engineering, or food safety Process improvement methodologies : Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) Lean Manufacturing Strong leadership and team management Problem-solving and analytical skills Communication and cross-functional coordination Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities: 1. Syrup Room Management: Supervise the preparation of beverage syrup batches according to recipes and production plans. Ensure precise dosing and mixing of ingredients in compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate records of raw material usage, batch tracking, and losses. Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper sanitation and calibration of mixing tanks and dosing systems. 2. Water Treatment Oversight: Manage the water treatment facility to ensure the continuous supply of treated water that meets company and regulatory standards. Monitor and maintain equipment such as sand filters, activated carbon filters, RO systems, UV, and ozone units. Conduct regular quality checks and water analysis in collaboration with QA/QC teams. Ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs of all water treatment systems. 3. CIP Station Management: Oversee the operation of Clean-In-Place systems used for tanks, pipelines, and filling machines. Develop and monitor CIP schedules for all relevant production lines. Ensure proper chemical handling, dosing, and temperature controls to meet hygiene standards. Maintain records of CIP cycles and ensure compliance with sanitation protocols.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Spare Parts In-Charge to oversee and manage spare parts inventory and procurement specifically for equipment used in the beverage, dairy, and plastics manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Sidel , Water Systems , Husky , and Sacmi machinery. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted production by ensuring timely availability of required parts. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing spare parts for Sidel , Water Systems , Husky , and Sacmi machinery. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components used in high-speed manufacturing. Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or CMMS). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the spare parts inventory for high-speed production lines in the beverage, dairy, and plastic sectors. Identify, source, and procure spare parts for Sidel , Husky , Water Systems , and Sacmi equipment. Maintain optimal stock levels by forecasting usage patterns and equipment maintenance schedules. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all spare parts using inventory management systems (ERP, CMMS, or SAP). Liaise with OEMs, local suppliers, and international vendors to obtain competitive pricing and lead times. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to understand part requirements and prioritize orders. Establish and monitor KPIs for spare part availability, procurement lead time, and inventory accuracy. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of parts to prevent damage and misplacement. Develop and implement best practices for inventory control, reorder points, and stock auditing. Support audits and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
