We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Spare Parts Executive to join the team at Popular Mega Motors, Kannur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the spare parts inventory, ensuring the availability of essential parts, and assisting the service and sales teams in providing excellent customer service. You will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operations of our service department by ensuring that the right parts are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including incoming and outgoing stock.
• Regularly monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Ensure that the parts inventory is updated in the system, and report discrepancies or stockouts promptly.
• Parts Ordering & Procurement:
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to order necessary spare parts.
• Forecast the demand for spare parts based on service requirements and historical data.
• Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Customer Service Support:
• Assist the service team in identifying and sourcing the right spare parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate with customers regarding the availability, price, and delivery timelines of spare parts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns related to spare parts.
• Parts Handling & Distribution:
• Receive, inspect, and store spare parts according to industry standards and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of spare parts in the storage area.
• Distribute spare parts to the workshop or customers as per requests.
• Record Keeping & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of parts purchases, returns, and usage.
• Prepare reports on parts sales, inventory levels, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding parts management and documentation.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all spare parts meet the quality standards set by the manufacturer or company.
• Work closely with the service and workshop teams to identify parts issues or defects.
• Coordination with Other Departments:
• Work closely with the sales, service, and workshop teams to ensure the timely availability of spare parts.
• Assist in creating quotations for customers when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in automobile or mechanical engineering, or related field).
• Certification in inventory management or parts management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry (preferably with knowledge of spare parts management).
• Experience in working with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts and their specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹10,228.55 - ₹24,314.70 per month
